I have a question about shares.

Lets say, Kich goes public.

I value my company at 1 million dollars.

I then issue 10,000,000,000 shares at .0001.

I keep 51% of the shares to keep control. Do the market makers get the remaining shares to sell to the public?

Once I go public, do the marker makers only put up a % of the shares to sell and then the public buy and sell to each other causing the price to fluctuate?

Im sorry if this doesnt make any sense. Its easier to verbally ask these questions then to try to type them down.
